12/22 "Festive Fun"
As part of Christmas celebrations, various competitions were held at Invenger. Bays were decorated with Christmas theme. Invengerians got nostalgic with the "retro dressing contest". Group dance and Mad-Ad competitions entertained the crowd. We had judges from different backgrounds including Ms. Lynette Pinto - Sr. Manager from Canara Bank, Ms. Nirmala Pais from Wenlock Hospital, Mr.Prabhu - our ISO Consultant, Mr. Rohitpal Kunder - Manager, Technical Services with 24/7 Real Media, Mrs. Sachita - Director,Navaras Mangalore , Mr. Vishwanath Pai - Entrepreneur, Consultant and professor was the chief guest on this occasion.

Software Technology Parks of India, Department of IT, BT & ST and Government of Karnataka has awarded Invenger Technologies Pvt. Ltd., the Highest Exporter-IT Award-Mangalore Region. The award ceremony to recognize top performing IT Companies in Karnataka for the year 2010-11 was held at BangaloreIT.Biz 2011 event held on Wednesday, 19th October 2011 at The Hotel Lalit Ashok, Bangalore. Mr.Shahid Ali Khan, Honorable Minister for IT, Government of Bihar in the presence of Mr.Murugesh.R.Nirani, Honorable Minister for Large and Medium Industries, Government of Karnataka awarded Invenger Technologies the Highest Exporter-IT Award-Mangalore Region for 2010-11.

Invenger "women in Pink" bagged Runner-up trophy at first Women's Cricket Tourney “Advaith Hyundai BIG FM Navras Cup” organized by 92.7 BIG FM as part of Navarathri celebration at Urwa Cricket Ground on Sunday October 2. Overall match was of 5 overs for the 3 prelims and 6 overs for the finals. BCCI National Panel Umpire Hari Govind and KSCA Umpire Sandip umpired the match.

Invenger develops a comprehensive ERP Application Suite for Multinational Aviation fuel company. Invenger successfully deployed a Logistics management ERP system for the client. The system developed by Invenger Technologies helps in efficient management of day to day operations by minimizing paperwork, automating redundant tasks, ensuring compliance and generating a plethora of reports to help make better management decisions.

Sri Sri Ramachandra Guruji visited Invenger’s offices in Mangalore and had an interactive session on the Sub-conscious, to improve and develop self-confidence, positive thinking, performance & productivity, personal growth etc. It was an effective and motivating experience for all the employees.

A Prize Distribution ceremony was held on 18th Feb, 2011 at our Head Office to facilitate the winners of various sports events conducted earlier this year. This event was spiced up with the musical performance by some of our talented employees.

12/18 "2nd place in the Inter Ladies Club
Group Dance Competition"
Invengerians grabbed 2nd place in Group Dance (Theme - Folk) competition, hosted by MRPL Ladies club. 8 corporates participated in this competition. Invenger team prepared for this competition in just 3 days and astounded the crowd with an amazing performance.

11/12 - 11/15 "Workshop on stress buster"
3 days Stress Buster workshop was conducted by P. Manohar Prabhu for the Invenger Team. This was held at the "Eden Club", Mangalore. It was a motivating and stress relieving session for all the employees and was a welcome break from their hectic schedule.

11/10 "Invenger Celebrates Ethnic day as part of Diwali
celebrations"
Ethnic day was celebrated at Invenger Technologies on the occasion of Diwali. All Invengerians dressed up in traditional clothing. Alan Fernandes & Melanie D’sa were the best dressed traditional couple, Kirthan Kumari & Ananda Shyam bagged best dressed Female / Male contest respectively. Dumb charades, Antakshari, Dance acts added more spice to the event.

Invenger celebrated "Annual Day-2010 " at "Paradise Isle beach resort", Udupi on 12th June, 2010. Day was filled with fun and games which included sports activities like volley ball, water ball, tug of war to name a few. Formal function started in the evening by lighting the lamp by all Managers followed by Speech from our CEO and our CTO. It was also time to celebrate the achievements that came along during the past one year. Event concluded with cultural programmes, including Music and dance competitions, Live DJ and dinner.

08/22 – 08/29 “Invenger open - tennis ball cricket tournament“
Invenger organized the first of its kind tennis ball cricket tournament with 18 of the best cricket teams from California. The matches were held at, Rancho Santa Susana Community park - 5005-C.E.Los Angeles, Ave, Simi Valley, CA 93063 Simi Eagles were the deserving winners of the tournament after beating the pre-tournament favorites WCC and Woodland Hills. Woodland Hills played great cricket through out the tournament winning games with ease till they ran into Simi Eagles in the final played under lights and viewed by a substantial crowd. Winners received an attractive trophy plus $500 (crisp $1 bills, bundled in hundreds), while the runners received a trophy and took away $300 in $1 bills. Best Batsman: Vinod Moorthy (Woodland Hills) - Consistent batting through out the tournament Best Bowler: Ranjith (Simi Hawks) - Did not bowl in all games, but still ended up as the top wicket taker of the tournament and that too bowling the crucial death overs with a very good economy rate as well. Best Fielder of the Finals: Manoj (Simi Eagles) - Amazing one handed pick up and direct throw for an important run out in the finals. Man of the Finals and also man of the tournament: Nagaraj Inamati (Simi Eagles).

The evening of 24th April, 2009, at Hotel Deepa Comforts, Mangalore saw the entire Invenger family come along together to celebrate its annual day. This event included Music and Dance performances .On the spot games were organized and lots of prizes were distributed. The fun filled event ended with Live DJ and dinner.

Invenger recruited candidates from reputed engineering Institutes across India through Campus recruitment drive. The process comprised of technical tests followed by 2 rounds of interviews. As an organization, looking to bolster the combination of experience with youth, Invenger often looks at mentoring and grooming talent to the next level.
