Business was looking for methods to drive more Agents to the newly created dashboard application. A combination of Siebel and .NET technologies is used as the solution.
Claims Management Report
To monitor the effectiveness of this CRN system the company has built decision support system to analyze claims processing and Customer Survey performance using Cognos suite. We designed and implemented the BI reports using the Cognos ReportNet, Cognos PowerPlay and Cognos Decision Stream tools.
