Invenger USA, based out of Simi Valley, CA, has multiple software openings for mid-level and senior software professionals. Right now Invenger is looking for candidates to meet the following requirements.
Sr. Programmer Analyst
Responsible for Analyzing business requirements, software processes
and develop more effective IT systems. Lead Quality Assurance team on automating business process using GUI
technologies and various automation technologies such as C, C++, Load Runner, QTP, and HP Win Runner. Design and
develop Siebel Web Services, Integration Objects, Siebel Workflow, Siebel EAI adapters and Data Maps to transfer
information from Siebel to external system. Perform UI and Siebel Configuration; Create and maintain Workflow
Policies; Responsible for Repeating Component Requests, B2B components, server components, Siebel Tool configuration,
VB scripting and workflow Development and Management.
Skills Required:
1. Analysis, Implementation, testing, debugging Siebel CRM IT systems software code
2. Test Architectures, managing cross-application/cross-enterprise system integration testing
3. Automating business process using GUI technologies and various automation technologies such as C, C++, Load
Runner, QTP, and HP Win Runner
4. UI and Siebel Configuration; Create and maintain Work flow Policies; Repeating Component Requests, B2B components,
server components, Siebel Tool configuration, VB scripting and work flow Development and Management
5. QTP scripting best practices by Standardizing format of QTP scripts, decreasing problematic code, Increasing code
readability and maintainability
6. Hands on experience in validation of pega rules Process Commander 5.4

1. Process mapping of the existing facility and identifying the bottlenecks Redesign the layout to improve
efficiency and reduce unwanted material movement
2. Six Sigma philosophy and methodology using the DMAIC to improve the organization’s key processes and meet the
plant’s Performance Excellence objectives
Requirements: Masters Degree in Computer Science/Computer
Applications/Computer Information Systems/Engineering (any field)
