HR Executive

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from designing job descriptions to sourcing and shortlisting candidates. The role involves sourcing through platforms like Naukri and Indeed, crafting engaging recruitment emails, and conducting interviews via phone, video, and in person. The candidate will also administer aptitude tests and coordinate interview schedules, including US time zone rounds. Monitoring HR metrics such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire is a key part of the role.

 The executive will participate in job fairs and organize in-house hiring events. Employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives are also important responsibilities. Maintaining an updated employee database and supporting organizational growth are essential aspects of the position. Strong communication, decision-making ability, and organizational skills are required, with prior HR experience being an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Source candidates through job portals and social media
  • Conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person)
  • Coordinate interview schedules (including US time zones)
  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Organize job fairs and recruitment drives
  • Conduct employee engagement activities 
  • Maintain and update employee database

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR
  • Experience in sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, and social platforms
  • Experience conducting aptitude tests
  • Experience handling US time zone coordination
  • Exposure to HR analytics and reporting
