We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage client communication and coordination with US-based clients. The role involves understanding client requirements and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
The candidate will be responsible for regular follow-ups, lead coordination, and maintaining strong client relationships. Strong communication, organizational, and client-handling skills are essential. Basic knowledge of finance, accounting concepts, and tools such as Tally will be an advantage. This is a complete US/night-shift role.
Responsibilities
- Manage communication with US-based clients
- Coordinate leads and business opportunities
- Conduct regular and timely client follow-ups
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams
- Track client requirements and pending activities
Must Have
- Minimum four years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work complete night shifts
- Experience in client-facing non-technical roles
- Basic finance and accounting knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience handling US or international clients
- Familiarity with Tally or accounting software
- Exposure to basic financial processes
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Good project coordination and follow-up skills
