We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to help expand our presence across multiple technology domains, including IT solutions, cloud services, AI/ML innovations, financial technology offerings and our other services. This role plays a key part in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships, and translating client needs into impactful technology solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to shape proposals, present value-driven solutions, and contribute directly to the company’s growth strategy. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across technology services.
  • Generate leads through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Present and propose tailored technology solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client requirements.
  • Track performance metrics and support revenue growth initiatives.

Must Have

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and position technology solutions.
  • Experience using CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong client engagement skills.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to IT, cloud (AWS/ERP), AI/ML, or fintech solutions.
  • Experience in strategic partnerships or enterprise sales.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
  • Experience working in fast-paced technology environments.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
